Conundrum Week 12: Forte, Charles, Moreno, Steve Smith (NYG)?

The decision is for one RB and one FLEX. Forte and his weak game @ MIN presents a problem for me. Charles is looking decent and SD run defense isn't the best (although they have stepped it up recently). Moreno is at home but the Broncos offense can't score and I never know who will get the rock between Moreno and Buckhalter. Steve Smith is facing the 3rd best p defense, not to mention he only caught 4 in what was a career day for Eli.
