My computer goes to a blackss creen with a box when i turn it on and logged in?

i a black screen when i turn on computer and logged in and it has a box that says loading personal setting and a it has this c:\\windows\sysid\sys.exe and say restart in the box after i restart a couple of times it starts normal help help plz
