Do military njp's (non judicial punishment) show up on an fbi background check?

I was given NJP for underage drinking when I was enlisted at the age of 18, and also an ault because I punched a guy in the arm when I was drunk. this was 6 months into my enlistment. I was given an honorable discharge 3 years later, and was 6 months shy of recieving a good conduct medal. my question is, will me going to see the old man (Captain for NJP) show up on an FBI background check. I WAS NOT COURT MARTIALED!
