What's your guilty TV secret?

I often moan about the dumbed down trash that fills our TV screens, and don't very often watch, but I have this one guilty secret, it's so trashy and against everything I believe a TV programme should be about, it's 'reality' but slightly set up, it's exploititive of the American people it shows and rakes in viewing figures for, its patronising, belittling, and I absolutely shouldn't watch it, but I can't help it I just love .... Judge Judy ! Forgive me. I just can't help it. What's YOUR secret????
