Possible hormone imbalance??

here we go! well this time last year i found out i was pregnant after trying for for 3months unfortunatly i lost my twins at 16.5 weeks and had to have d&c.. since then i have been trying with no such luck, ive also been experiencing very weird very painfull pains up my before my period and also my leak throughout the month every no and then. i can even squirt it out if i squeeze my nipple. pretty random hey! wel ive been told it sounds like a hormone imbalence cud this be true and is this the reason im not getting pregnant?? please answer x
