FOX Broadcasting Company has the copy rights to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata?

I put a video on youtube of me playing Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata and it was taken down by youtube saying that FOX Broadcasting Company has the rights to the vidio I posted.
