I am starting to workout tomorrow and i am clueless.....?

That sounds great! Be sure to drink plenty of water, and don't overwork yourself. Take frequent breaks, and don't pull any muscles! Another great exercise machine is the ab-lounge, it works really good. I'm not sure where to buy them, but my friend has one, and I use it every time I go to her house. Good luck with everything, and happy (early) 30th birthday! :))))))))))
