Should I cont my contract with Verizon?

my contract is up with Verizon in 2 mo's & I am due for an upgrade in one mo. my cell just CRASHED AGAIN for the 6th time in 2 years, they said it was their software that crashed my cell-but they wont give me another cell cause I didn't get the Insur. on the phone, I have lost all my contacts, pic's AGAIN!!! I could understand, if it was my fault (water damaged, ran it over with my car or my dog ate it) but, they even said it was their fault, but wont replace it unless I want to pay full price for a new one now. I don't think I should have to PAY for a new phone but my husband really likes Verizon, aside my problems.... what should I do?
