SpyNoMore picked up a Virus!!!!!?

I just stopped a Antivir Solution Pro virus yesterday using Malwarebytes' Anti-Maleware. It no longer picks up any viruses. I used SpyNoMore and it picked up an Adware Agent in file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ojkdax.sys Do I delete it? Will that ensure I will never get that virus again?! Someone please help me before I ruin my pc!
