This guy believes all the gossip..help:(?

A couple of weeks ago i started talking to this guy. Lets call him "Jake." So Jake was really nice and everything like a freaken Bruno Mars haha & on facebook it said he had a girlfriend, "Breanna." & I didnt believe him but he really liked me. A couple of days after he told me his whole life story. He lives with "Breanna" he's been living with her because he got kicked out. He said he was scared I wouldnt like him & blah blah blah. She's one psycho girl. I was cool with that and everything & a couple of days ago, he stopped texting me. His ex, which goes to school with me told him idk what & he believed it. So now he's not talking to me. I havent texted him whatsoever. I want to text him but idk what to say. I've been feeling really down lately & i dont want him to believe what those girls said. I need help on what to tell him. Can you help me?:/
