Hyper Puppy Dog?

This is very normal. Make sure no one come up and pets him until you have him sit and is totally calm. Then let the person approach him. If he starts jumping have the person stand up and ignore him. That way he sees he will not get attention unless he is sitting and calm. As far as meeting other dogs do the same thing. Dont let the dog approach until he is sitting and calm. I know, this is all easier said then done. I have 7 dogs so I know what you are saying. But the older he gets the easier it will get. Just try to start now while he is young!
