I'm looking for a good sportbike that falls in between the 500 & 1000 cles?

I have a kawi 500 ex now and looking to move up. I dont want to reach the 1000 cl but I want something a little more the the 600 cl. I like the suzuki 750 also the triumph 675. If anyone knows of any other bikes and the pros and cons. I would aprreciate the help.
