Is this funny or mean ? :P?

Okay.. today I hung out with some friends today.. mostly guys but 1 other girl (my best friend) so.. anyways we were all hanging out at are school on a friday.. and one of the guys was talking how he got his pants pulled down infront of a girl who he used to like... THEN all the sudden one of the other guys pulled down his pants right there... Infront of us.. :P:P.. We were in the little kids yard.. (our school is jk - gr. 8) so he was on the playground or whatever.. so me and my bestfriend look over and are like wth are they laughing at.. ?.. like 5 seconds later my bestiiee (:P:P) Turns her head and it like EWWW... I still dont know whats going on until like another 5 seconds.. and Then I turn around so I cant see anything and I start bursting out laughing.. Was that mean, and I shouldnt have laughed with everyone else.. or was it funny?
