Was there ever a Super Mario cannon / Blaster Bill toy or prop?

My nephews have a Mario themed room (decals on the walls, pirate ship bed) and we were looking for a blaster bill / cannon toy or prop to put on the edge of their pirate ship bed. Does anyone know of such a toy and can link me to where it is sold? Thanks!
